CHEESY BREAD ROLLS
Our specialty at Roli is our unique cheesy bread rolls, created from a family recipe from Pão de Queijo, and revisited to suit as many people as possible!
These gluten-free and lactose-free cheese breads are soft and generous thanks to the parmesan and the “pizza mozzarella” cheese .
Perfect for a snack, an appetizer, a brunch with friends or a family dinner, it's a delicious and generous snack to share (or not, because we know what it's like to not be able to stop, no need to make a big deal out of it)!


ONLY 7 INGREDIENTS AND ULTRA YUMMY!
Ingredients: Cassava starch, Water, Lactose-free Parmesan (partially skimmed pasteurized milk, salt, bacterial culture, microbial enzyme, calcium chloride, lipase, cellulose), Lactose-free melting cheese: Pizza-Mozzarella or Swiss type (partially skimmed pasteurized milk or pasteurized milk, bacterial culture, salt, microbial enzyme, calcium chloride), Liquid whole egg, Canola oil, Salt.
Contain: Egg, Milk

Conventional oven : Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C) and place the bread rolls on a baking tray with a sheet of baking paper, spaced about 1 inch (2.5cm) apart. Bake for 20 to 22 minutes. Remove them when they have risen and are golden brown on the bottom!
Air fryer: Preheat for 3 minutes at 375°F (190°C). Place the Buns in the bottom of the pan, without the rack. Cook for 6 minutes. (They may not be as pretty, but they are still irresistible!)
Let cool for 5 minutes.
Time to enjoy... and eat them all!
