Finally, our last recipe is bursting with chocolate: perfect as a dessert to end a meal or to accompany a coffee and satisfy a little hunger during the day.
We know that more than a third of Quebecers are subject to dietary restrictions (allergies, intolerances, veganism, religion, etc.) and it is important to us that everyone can enjoy themselves.
All our recipes are gluten-free, vegan, and free of the 14 most common food allergens. Above all, they are made with love and a minimum of ingredients! All this in our kitchen in Rosemont–La Petite-Patrie.

Roli was born from our imagination and a dream that matured in our minds before coming to life on grocery store shelves.
From the start, we were committed to creating healthy and inclusive foods. We carefully selected our ingredients (and limited their number as much as possible) and worked tirelessly to develop recipes suitable for as many diets as possible.
Our motto is “gluten-free and no compromise” because we know it's hard to find alternatives that are full of flavour. And flavour is precisely what drives us and has guided the creation of our recipes from the beginning.
Today, we've taken our motto even further, because in addition to being gluten-free, all our recipes are free of animal products and common allergens, and that makes us really proud. We've succeeded in our challenge, as our product range is suitable for over 99% of the population. Our bites are the perfect companion for your big and small moments: an appetizer, a party, a wedding, a business reception, a potluck, or simply for an everyday meal!
