CHOCOLATE BREAD ROLLS

We are (very) fond of chocolate and desserts, so we had to offer a chocolate version of our bread rolls.

 

We have found the recipe for happiness; a perfect combination to create this delicious and comforting snack. These little gluten-free desserts are also vegan : perfect for everyone to enjoy.

 

With their crispy shell and ultra-soft interior, they are perfect for dessert or for a little sweet snack during the day. We bet they will melt your heart!

ONLY 6 INGREDIENTS AND ULTRA YUMMY!

Ingredients: Cassava starch • Water • Organic cane sugar • Canola oil • Cocoa powder • Salt

Free from the most common allergens:Gluten • Lactose • Egg • Peanuts • Nuts • Soy • Sesame • Sulphites • Shellfish • Fish • Mustard

Conventional oven : Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C) and place the bread rolls on a baking tray with a sheet of baking paper, spaced about 1 inch (2.5cm) apart and bake:

  • 8 à 10 minutes for a gooey bread roll

  • 18 minutes for a crispy bread roll


Air fryer : Preheat for 3 minutes at 375°F (190°C). Place the rolls at the bottom of the pan, without the rack, and cook:

  • 3 to 4 minutes for a gooey bread roll

  • 8 minutes for a crispy bread roll

Let cool for 5 minutes. Now it's time to enjoy... and them eat all!
